This music kinda reminds me of Sigur Ros. I listened to them one time on the way up to the mountains to go camping and it's been probably one of the most kick-ass soundtracks for that sort of trip late in the fall.

Bieber gets corporate backing because he's marketable to other "14 year olds," don't get cause and effect confused here. A pretty little boy singing sappy love songs is just inherently appealing to some people, especially those who could conceive themselves as his 'baby'; it's music that's more about emotion and identity than 'music,' and it's been a mainstay of the mainstream scene for decades.

@DrackyA Think of it this way; If they got as exposed as much as pop stars they would lose that "indie" edge. They would no longer be just "our's". In some small way I would like to see them get much more exposure because they certainly deserve it, but we know what would happen if they did.

@IrishStudentVidz What I was saying was there are so many bands out there that are really talented but aren't seen by the general public is all. I guess I was defending Bieber. Im not a huge fan of him but he isn't terrible. I just feel like it's a waste of time and energy just always hating on someone. It just wears you out. I never wish the worse on anyone. I hope he gets better as an artist.
