Seeing all these people in the crowd singing along and vibing just makes this song sadder to me. I miss seeing great live music and just feeling the collective spirit of being in an audience for a couple of hours.

We used to work the closing shift at Anthro, and one of the managers would always put on her playlist. She had great taste, and whenever this song came on it evoked the warmest nostalgia in me, and it still does to this day-but in a new way. Cheers to being twenty two and lost in NYC.

@@Rohan6497 I love it when people find that gem of a show. It starts off as a villain-of-the-week vigilante justice type show and slowly morphs into one of the most subversive sci-fi series to ever come out of network television. The creators got to finish the story but it was supposed to be longer and get one more full season. They had to wrap it up quickly because it got cancelled and the final season was shorter than originally planned. I tried to write a chat bot based on The Machine but I don't know if I succeeded 😅
