I still recall that day. This was a landmark match for us Dutch. It is now named "The Miracle of Tilburg". Strange to know that nearly 3 months later, neither team is going to the Olympics. The "Orange Lionesses" lost from both Spain and Germany.

Toen er nog geen Belgie was werd Nederland ook wel eens Belgica genoemd. (Google maar eens wat kaarten van Nederland uit de gouden eeuw) Het is n term die Ceasar heeft gegeven aan de stammen die hij noordelijk van de Kelten trefde

I will never forget that night . I had a Mixed Shish wrap , and it was delicious . Really enjoyed it . Then , while the womens game was on TV , I watched the paint dry in my hallway . Yeah , what a night that was . 👍👍👍👍
