Needs more testing but theoretically, I think you should be adv vs RP Law. I mean, they can't deal with the 7K instantly. They need 2 cards to deal with that.

He is good under certain meta like if your local meta is full of RP Law and Katakuri. In a black filled meta, he will suffer a lot
