In Gran Turismo 7, it doesn't matter what kind of cars are in the game from ugliest to coolest. Polyphony will always make sure the cars are very detailed and focus on attention to detail for each car which has its own features.

Side note about activating the siren (if you read this,Theo) , press the horn button quickly once. Hold the horn button to toggle the other siren sound. Also. If you activate the left or right indicator light, the announcer will say "We about to turn left/right" following the blinking indicator light's direction. Tiny details like this must not left unnoticed.

Here in South Africa these vans are Everywhere. Instead of traditional taxis, we use them as local taxis and they're always painted white. If you came here you would think it's something else

FYI The first generation Himedic based on H100 Hiace (the one in Gran Turismo is the 3rd generation) was actually powered by a 4.0L V8 engine which was as used on the Toyota Celsior. The Himedic was actually designed to be more versatile and faster than the original Hiace due to the demand to transport patients quickly

For those who are wondering what is this ambulance is, a few notes: This is a Toyota HiAce ambulance. The HiAce is Toyota's full-size van series, and its one of their oldest models, dating to the 1960's. Now this ambulance is of the previous generation; the latest generation HiAce features a bull nose compared to the cabover configuration of previous generations. This generation HiAce ambulance in stock configuration uses the same D4-D diesel I4 used in the Hilux pickup mated to a 4-speed automatic tranny. Its also available in a 4x4 configuration for mountainous regions. Now only a few of this ambulances still remain in Japan, as these are being retired in favor of the latest generation. A few of these are being rebuilt and sent over to Ukraine to replace ambulances destroyed in the current conflict.

Theo my brother in Christ you forgot to add the wheel offset on your widebody. They don't do that automatically plus you can add wheel offset in stock wheels too. I'm glad this was added even if the way you get it early is a bit upsetting. Also I love seeing this thing beat supercars. Also if you hold the horn you can find more separate horns. Even when you start the siren by tapping the horn you can hear the other more typical ambulance siren

Theo hasn't binded the horn to the wheel yet, the main siren typical of ambulances are triggered by the horn, and holding it plays a different horn exactly like in GTA V.
