Just received mine today. So happy and really loving it. Can you tell me please what types of pen work with it? In UK/Europe i cannot find the Asus Pen 2.0. Only fakes around. Does it have to be stylus? MPP? Active? So many types available it's confusing. I know it's not EMR like ReMarkable cos my Staedler Jumbo doesn't work with this Zenbook. Any advice will be great.

@@classicgamer8281 as far as i know, there are several models already out in different regions, but they won't tell us specifically which models will be out at which market at which time 😏 the wait is killing me.

@@arnabs2009 i’ve been told by the local dealer (Slovakia and Czechia) that these models will be available at the end of may…which, as it turned out, was not right 😔

Damn you Asus! I just bought the UX482 about 2 months ago… I even called your representatives to ask if a new model was being released since there was short supply and they said not to their knowledge 🤬

I completely understand you bro, I have been waiting for the zenbook 17 (fold) for a literally this whole year. All I want to avoid is to commit the same mistake than you; that I buy for example the same laptop than you but then next month comes released The one that I really want.

@@aventurerodearroyuelos1345 I know it sucks, I did my research too! I mainly bought it for content creating and my cyber security class but I casually game and the MX450 doesn't quite do the job on newer games... Ugh, I'd settle for the 3050 for a little more. I hope you have better luck than I do

@@jex_one Btw, which version did you buy? I’m considering to buy the most basic (i5, 8gb ram etc.) for approximately $900 dollars. Just in case the zenbook foldable gets released at some point, I would not spent the whole budget while waiting for the best one.

@@aventurerodearroyuelos1345 Zenbook Duo 14 - i7, 32GB ram, 1TB HDD, MX450 GPU with Iris integrated. Got it on sale for around $1300. Everything is awesome about this model except the GPU is compared to a Desktop GTX1650 so I can run games that'll run on PS4Pro/XB1 but Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon, etc are choppy unless I tweak my settings.

higher gpu? the pro duo 14 last gen only had a max of mx450 i think you mixed it up with its bigger brother the ux582 which did have an rtx 3070. its not very reasonable to put in a 3070 into a 14 inch laptop maybe once they make a new 15 inch version

This model has the grainy main display issue, more serious than all other OLED touch notebooks, which made the main screen unusable to precise artwork creation but ASUS just claimed it a technology limition without doing any remedy for the consumers for selling an actually defective product!

@@user-jt5vm3mi1w The touchscreen uses a cross mesh technology . Unfortunately on white background it somewhat distorts the image but adds some grain to normal usage . Its the touchscreen layer which causes this, no way round atm.

The whole point of the OLED Panatone validated screen (and secondary screen) at the expense of weight is for color accurate image processing and editing. So why in the world does it not have a full size SD card reader, which is the standard for all digital cameras? No one cares about Micro SD. Furthermore, a 720p web camera in the work-from-home world we all live in now is simply not acceptable. So close to excellence but in light of the SERIOUS misgivings/deal-breakers, a major fail.
