He doesn't raise attack permanently, it's for a single turn. The SA effect is similiar to LR metal cooler.

Seeing as he's good as a 55% unit and can do about 20 mil when built up with super attacks and the active, I say he's pretty neat. Not to forget how he constantly crits when the active is used

with the team I'm using I'm seeing 12mil to 14mil out of Trunks pre standby and not a lot out of Gohan so maybe i need to figure out a new team or something

I pulled both gohan and trunks in less then 500 stones on a rift and time machine they cook at 55% trunks is doing 8mil and gohan is doing 7mil so ya I want to say there are both on top

At 55% my is clapping no lie lol dokkan refuses to give me another copy lol and i used a rainbow trunk's and he was smacking for 20mil so i dunno he seems pretty good
