If you like this build, you’d probably like this drain tank poppy build. Sundered Sky, unending despair, Fimbulwinter, as core items and spirit visage if they have AP threats as well. You become so hard to kill it’s incredible.

Hi Pekin, been watching for a long time: I love that you play these kinds of funky picks. I tend to try to play champs based on how much I like them, not on if they are strong or viable, and I try to make them work to the best of my ability (but I am just gold, so...). I was wondering: What advice do you have for playing briar into ranged match-ups mid? (outside of "just don't", which actually feels kinda fair tbh)

Depends on what ranged, most of the time wait till they use their stun etc so you can lock on them else just farm and look for some good roams

Insane build. When doing tank builds can you do dmg taken and mitigated at the same time? Game is dumb and the only way to see true total damage taken is (dmg taken) + (mitigated dmg) = total dmg taken

You dont take the damage that was mitigated so you are incorrect. Of course you can see how much you could have taken without any resists etc.

That first game was mostly draft diff I think. Most of your team had healing/shielding and they messed you guys up with items

dont like eclipse. Doesnt synergize. With the new stridebreaker changes try Stride--> Sundered Sky--> Unending despair/Cleaver as 3rd/4th item. Whichever one you need first. Iv found damage goes WAY up with cleaver. Is essential at some point unless pure tank imo. Got on a nice 14-2 streak with this build over the weekend.

I love that jungle is so op that if the jungle doesn't perform _at all_ then the game is virtually unwinnable. It's not the same for a feeding top, mid, or adc at all.

It's crazy to me that that udyr most likely did not get punished for this game, even though he never helped his team, only took farm, went 0/7 (I'm only 21:30 into the video, but I'm already so mad), had 4 kp out of 26 kill, and very clearly wanted to just lose. But if you dared say one bad word to him, riot would immediately suspend your ass. Stupid system, genuinely.
