Knockoff is nice for roaring moon. It’s entire usable selection of moves are base 80 unless you want to run Outrage

One thing that I find interesting is that Empoleon had Vacuum Wave. That move has always had super limited distribution, but now they put it on some other interesting mons like Gardevoir.

Honestly, I've been planning to use Empo + Rilla for a while now. Empo has bad MUs versus Urshifu, Iron Hands and Lando-T, so Rilla is an obvious choice.

Not sure if it is a good idea to buff Rilaboom this much.. From what I remember, it was a pretty toxic mon in sw/sh .. maybe I am biased cus I used to use kyogre/milotic teams, but still

Actually the BEST water types get scald! Vaporeon Milotic and Alomomola are all bulky. Also Slowking/Slowbro already meta relevant :D
