I love the Meteora guitar body shape and I'm happy to see Fender continuing to push it forward rather than just leaving it as a one-time gimmicky custom shop thing.

Great work on this, both sonically and lyrically. It's hard to believe what pedals can achieve... Music tech has come a long way since tremolo, fuzz boxes, and wah-wah pedals. And yeah, that song is deep. I particularly like the fact that you know how to mix and sweeten audio for your voice. Every note and syllable is audible and articulated, so the message comes through. So many artists and producers through the ages have not understood that vocals are not just additional instruments to be buried harmoniously in a mix. They need to be heard to be understood... and you get that.

That song at the end really lands nicely on the ears. It suits your vocal register perfectly. Nicely done.

That was lovely. I hope you pursue more writing in that style, as well as styles a bit reminiscent of the 40's. Your voice really lends itself to somewhat slow jazzy sounds. It is like a perfect match. There us an artist named Emmaline that you should check out to get a sense of what I'm trying to convey. Certainly I'm not suggesting to go as far that direction, but that smokey, late night bar room singer sound is so in your wheelhouse. Thanks for sharing your music. I enjoyed it very much.

Actually, a 12" radius is actually not even near "incredibly flat." 16 and more would be heading in that direction. 20" radius is VERY flat and "0" radius is INCREDIBLY flat.

Google the word "Meteora" to see the place of my native Greece where this model probably got its name from. I should get my hands on one and head over there to take some pics in this awesome place as a backdrop 🙂

Mary, you are an excellent song writer, singer and guitar player. If you like the flatter radius of 12, you might want to check out an Ibanez, several models have a 14 radius. Or even a Jackson, many Jacksons use a 12-16 compound radius.(12 at the nut and transition to 16 higher up the neck) My personal preference on a finger board radius has always been the flatter the better. If you like 12, you might want to check out 14 and 16 as well.

I know what you mean about enjoying and being inspired by the 12" fingerboard radius. I love it on my new Player Plus Precision Bass, too. Probably the most underrated and subtle change in modern instruments. You have to pick one up to truly appreciate it. And now I see there's a new Meteora Bass!
