If you get the education and you work hard, you can buy your home. If you don’t have the education to earn enough money to pay for everything then you will lose it.

I was there. I had to fight to stay alive every day. My size, strength, force of will, and the Marine Corp fighting skills that my father taught me saved my life more than once. I do not miss the gangs, pimps, ho’s, players, hustlers, drug dealers, and disrespectful kids. My old neighborhood is very nice now.

How do you assume the neighborhood wasn't nice before the "colonizers" arrived? Furthermore, I'm sure you would be singing a different tone if a bunch of black people moved into your side of town.
