I nearly fell off my chair when I saw Three Hills! I went to school in Olds. We still go to the chinese restaurant in Three Hills from time to time. Never in my life I would imagine watching a great tutorial thats made a few minutes from my home!

1) "Add other" and one is able to type in the box as well as select one from the list provided. It does not remove the radio button selection from the list if "other' is specified. So I can select 'Pluto' and still type in the name of another planet under 'other'. 2) Also once a user clicks the URL to the survey and submits his/her response, he/she can come back again and take the survey once again.

Jamie, I want to assign 50 fill-in questions to a 25-member classroom? Can the Google Forms do that? I thought I just pull in my word document and drop doc on the Forms. To make the scenario even more scenic, what if I have ten classes and every week I have to assign a barrage of questions. How would that be possible with forms? The COVID-19 plague has grounded many of us. Would Forms come to rescuer or I should take the easy path of emailing students bracing for all the mess inherent in the old fashion?

If I add a Yes/No question at the end of 1st section, for example: "Do you know about this project? - Yes - No And if respondents answers "No", then he/she cannot continue into the next (2nd) session So my question is, how to get it work like that? So that he/she stops filling the questionnaire if the answer is "No"? Sorry for my English, hope for the quick response, thank you!

This is great! Can you create a grid with rows that are checkboxes and a column with simple phrase field? x Document - fill in date or notes x Document - fill in date or notes etc.

Thanks a lot. I have a question. I will make a questionnaire on a laptop using the Multiple Choice Grid format. If participants then use their smart phones to open and complete the questionnaire, is it automatically formatted for a smart phone screen? How can I be sure that essential information / grids will not be lost?

Hi great video, I wonder if there is a way to show user the correct answer (if there is one) immediately after they response each question? Right now they respond without knowing they submitted the right answer but as a self-test tool it is better for user to verify the correct answer immediately, thanks

I have a query that if suppose we have a question to be answered in Yes or No and if the person chooses Yes, then he needs to fill Section B and if he chooses No, then he needs to fill Section C. So can we create a link on Section B and Section C that depending upon the answer, he can click on the relevant Section and fill it further?

I have tried Google Form but when I email them to my clients they don't work well on any mobile device and the form have to be filled in and submitted from a Google doc weave page. The only way to fill in it and submit it directly from an email is when I do it from my desktop or from the client desktop. Is there a way to do this from a mobile device?

Thanks! Probably the best way would be to have an Adblock program installed in your extensions on chrome. They work quite well to eliminate all ads.
