Why do I feel like this is a prank video? I'm heavily conditioned. Just waiting for it to pop up, like "HA! Just kidding." I already tried living a spartan or minimalist lifestyle, but it's not possible for me now. lol

Im just curious, where is the apartment located and how much are you paying actually? Rents in redmond have increased and im looking for an studio in redmond :(

I'm no longer living in Redmond, but I know that prices have increased since when I was living there (to the point where my old appointment would probably cost almost $2k per month). I was living just outside Redmond Town Center

Curious to see how much they raise your rent. I live in downtown redmond too. My studio i pay $1530 plus $100 for parking. They are now asking 1958 to 1978 for the same studio.

I was waiting to respond to this until I got my updated rate for 2022 - it looks like my rent would be going up to $1683, which is a pretty big jump (but not as big as it could have been)

@Kyle Keirstead Thats not too bad actually. We currently have 3 studios available here.. $1864 is the lowest price. Hoping i get lucky and they dont raise mine too much. Do you have other studios available there and are they asking more that what your renewal rate was?
