Are you still able to do this with later software updates? I just set up the Hue Gradient Lightstrip, HDMI Sync box + hub ... and I'm not getting the option to select multiple colors on the wheel, no matter where I click.

Hi good vid. Yet again philips hue not letting us the usesers to change all the 7 zones are self only what they want ussless again let us do it not philips tipical. I will wait till lots report that and then hue mite lissen and do what users want 😁👍🥰 fab vido. 👍😁

Nope, doesn’t work. Guess we’re not special enough in the U.K. yet. They still haven’t released the new products over here yet either 😡

Should be mentioned in the video that you need to update the lights itself via the update option inside philips hue app...

@@NerddyKat sweet, thanks for this comment, installed my gradient strip yesterday and couldn't set the different zones, but just checked and automatic updates weren't set up, so have updated manually and it's now working! Also noticed I had to delete the scenes from "My Scenes" before it would light up the zones separately. Edit: looks like dynamic scenes can actually address all 7 zones separately? Mine is definitely displaying more than 3 colours when set to "Tokyo"

@@Haggisking it changes all 7 zones, but you control 3 of them, rest is assigned automatically with the curve from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd.

I have lightstrip plus but have no three gradient options.

May 2023, cannot do this in the USA.
