Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. This item has a special effect in devil rooms: If used in the Devil Room, you will get a normal pedestal instead of having to trade hearts. Also, after exhausting the pool, it becomes a regular d6, so putting the Eden’s soul in the secret room potentially is gamebreaking. Thank you Matt :)

I think the reason matt did so much damage is because proptosis has no downside with trisagion, so he was always doing maximum damage no matter how far away he was

normally, proptosis is a 3x multi, but for trisagion, it's a direct 6x damage multiplier, 0.33x to 2x damage per tick + homing, run won instantly

There's an interesting nerf here, you can make it so the angelic d6's chance to reroll is the same as your devil/angel chance and the rest of the time the item disappears. That creates a playstyle of not wanting to "see" the devil/angel rooms so you always have 100% chance at angel items but still not taking damage because you want the d6 to succeed at least most of the time

If I'm not mistaken, Hush disappeared because of the Trisagion + Proptosis combo. It looks like it stops the decreasing DMG of Proptosis. That, on top of multiple instances of DMG on the same enemy with Trisagion.

Proptosis with tri gives more damage for the entire duration of the tear, so thats probably why you did so much damage.

Perhaps a way to actually balance this is that the dice has a chance to turn pedestals into soul heart, as often or less often than eternal d6 delete chance

the only way to really up the range of proptosis is with shot speed so 4:50 taking that item is bad with the 16% shot speed down, of course it is also a tears up but with sacred orb I would personally not worry about not finding enough tears ups.

This item gave me an idea. What about a d6 that rerolls item pedestals into the item pool of the last room to spawn an item. So if I were to go into the treasure room, leave to fight the boss, then come back to roll the treasure it would roll into the boss room pool. Or if I got an angel room with an item and then I rolled the already opened treasure room it would roll into an item from the angel room

2:23 Valve finally made it, somehow Saxton Hale gamemode yippe 3:10 it can be sometimes just a better poly. Pog item 4:27 remember about EID mod, it shows consumable effects too 5:13 essentially despawns tear that touched it and spawns 4 new tears of the same type 10:09 WALL-E cause funi robot 11:25 i just noticed but boss rush music didn't play for some reason 13:45 could possibly use bad trip/full health pill after using devil beggar for MORE RIG 16:19 hush sinks into the ground every time when he loses about 20% HP so i think that hush didn't sunk in the ground then because One: you melted him very quickly and Two: his sinking animation isn't that short, thus when he was about to sink, performing the animation AND his hitbox was still active he had to reset the animation because he lost ANOTHER 20% of his HP so hitbox also is there. That also explains why hush didn't bother to attack 19:24 ouroboros, trisagion and my reflection lookin sick Thank you for isaac video Can't wait for Secret D6
