how long from watertight to finished?

Hi Danny, thanks for commenting. It does vary depending on the size and the complexity of the home. For a typical two storey (3 or 4 bedroom home) that is between 1350 and 1449 sq ft (e.g. a Cambridge or Leamington housetype) we would allow around 14 weeks out of the 37 week build programme from complete start to finish.
