Check out this custom Honda Trail 125 / CT125 / Hunter Cub motorcycle build by Wayne at The Speed Shop! This CT125 has a ton of performance modifications from a Kitaco Neo 181 big bore kit and Takegawa 5-speed transmission among many more mods to increase its speed capabilities but it also has even more! This CT125 also has mods to make it more dual-sport motorcycle friendly with its Shinko 244 tires and more that we'll be diving into soon in my upcoming review of this bike. It'll be a few more days before it's finished up as I'm currently working on new EICMA 2022 motorcycles that were released with new model introductions like the 2023 Transalp XL 750, 2023 CL500 Scrambler from Honda and more!

Great VID and nice bike, most of the big bore CTs I’ve seen don’t have the snorkel, but what has been done here is unique….." to my knowledge anyhow! I’ll be looking for an alternative snorkel here in Thailand.

Appreciate it! Oh yeah, you guys on the CT don't have quite as many intake options out there as the Grom, Monkey etc. I believe MNNTHBX is working on one, he's shown a teaser over on instagram.com/mnnthbx so that may another option in the near future.

Yeaaah buddy, it's Porsche's Frozen Blue Metallic and it looks awesome on this bike! A lot better than it does on their cars in my opinion thanks to there being more contrasting colors and not just a massive car finished in it.

Yeah buddy, you're not alone on that one! I may be going crazy and I'll have to message him and ask but I think Wayne over at The Speed Shop ( instagram.com/speedshop_wayne/ ) has done some swapping around of engines on these. Appreciate the support bud and should be finished up within a week'ish or so ;)

Oh yeah, it's crazy what some of these dealers are doing! Really ruining the fun of motorcycles by playing all of these games... Fingers crossed this whole rona mess goes away soon that has allowed them to get away with price gouging due to limited availability!

I've been looking for a new Honda trail 125 for yrs. I would gladly pay MSRP. Dealers are jacking the prices and I won't pay the markup.

it doesn't need to add myself also how cool this little thing is. Considering the reliability and the consumption, what is the difference from a stock one? Are there any bikes with these big bore kits that run for many thousands kms without issues?

Yeaaah buddy, she's a cool one for sure! I wish I could answer that one but it's out of my wheelhouse since I don't have any personal feedback on this particular kit's reliability when compared to stock. I know there are some big bore kits out there that can be very reliable and have seen thousands of miles but on the flipside, you see some that blow up rather quickly. A lot of it boils down to who installed the kit as we have a lot of guys without technical know-how installing them and then a kit gets a bad wrap, when it wasn't the kit's fault etc. If every kit was installed and maintained properly, it would definitely give us more stats to break down and go over but sadly that's not the case. Long story short, there are a lot of variables at play lol.

lol that one cracked me up man! Maybe a little "too much" for this style of bike but when I heard the song, I had to play around a little bit and see what I could come up with. This style of video is way out of my comfort zone but it's fun to try and learn something new. Appreciate ya ;)

This style of video is WAAAAY out of my comfort zone so I really appreciate the kind words man! I'm trying my best to learn as much as possible and improve these and up the quality all around for what I pump out but the downside is that it takes a LOT of time and it's hard to justify the time spent when views aren't there to compensate for it. Fingers crossed things will start to pick up soon though so we can keep this train chugging along before it's too late!

I'm in the UK, enquired but when l knew the cost then l turned my attention to Royal Enfield. Honda are missing out here, this bike would do so much more for their profile & credibility than another "blah" bike.
