Hi, thanks for your Q. The HR rep only needs to be consistent. So if you keep a copy of the docs for one person, you have to keep copies of the docs for everyone. But there isn't a requirement to keep copies.

Hi, Section 2 should be filled out by the employer (usually the HR department). I would suggest just give them the form and the documents, and they will complete it.

Hello, this was very informative. When I clicked on your link and verified my email for the free I-9 Workflow, it does not seem to work. It just gets stuck on the Subscription confirmation page. Is there a way to fix this to receive a copy?
