oh man, the Detail in the towns, The River, the Mountains, the Docks, the Ships and this is the first time we have seen a Brig that is a part of the Enviroment, which is nice to see. oh man cant wait to explore this, on first thought from what Vetex Said about the Island before he posted these Screenshots, i thought they were Remastering the Island from World of Magic, im sorry, it just seemed like it, i mean, it makes sense. its gonna be Beautiful just having your Ship run down the River and the Mountains kinda make a Valley at the right side of the first Screenshot.

We'll even see the island multiple times I can't wait.

About optimization, consider this, WoM had a WAY bigger map (i think) and that wasn't the issue of the lag/ fps problems but the fact there was constant npcs doing things such as going to bed, going to shops or just staying iddle, now AO has NOTHING about that unless the kingdom/ town alignment feature does that but I doubt it will do anything about fps etc... Now shifting my focus completely on that new feature, imagine having a bunch of npcs and random encounters/ events happening in the LARGEST island of the game with the 4 towns and the wilderness, it'll be fire and vetex is 100% cooking edit: TERRITORY LOWER SOME OF THAT ATTACK SIZE HOLY SHIT NOW I SEE WHY UR MID AT PVP

So imma just say some stuff we know and can speculate about Sameria.Biggest island we have seen so far(Jotunheim will be bigger somehow lol) Queen of Sameria is located there and will most likely be made our ally. The little house or manor on the hill might have a boss, npc or maybe some lore but it seems like there will be someone there. Sameria has 4 towns, we have seen either 2 or 3 so far maybe the 4th one is in development. The city with the Castle is most likely the Capital. The Wilderness area might have npc's maybe a boss or some enemy in them (Like how the Shining Plains has Carina). We will visit Sameria for a lot in the Story. Sameria is where Thermo Fist Mentor Jern Redside is from. Sameria is most likely inspired by the Middle East and maybe even India due to the Castle looking like the Taj Mahal. There is also a river splitting the sort of Mainland Sameria and an Island belonging to Sameria. That's all i can really say. Im hyped for this update let Vetex COOK (Also Nimbus update prolly coming out late feb or early march and apparently the trailer is starting to be made)

I really hope to see more npc content because as it is, a new map will divide the playerbase and diminish potential player interaction, i personally think AO is already lacking in exploration and "singleplayer" points of interest, as even grinding, which is what you spend most time on, is only done with the goal of pvp in mind.
