We appreciate your videos. The Villages website has a cartoon map and some pictures of the homes, but riding along with you shows off the neighborhood. You do a great job filling in the missing information we're looking for. We live in Michigan and hope to retire there in a few years. Thank you so much!

Another great video Frank, thanks for the ride along. I heard TV has started building in Well Point in Eastport and is close to start building back in Richmond. Your knowledge of the grass and trees is amazing. Maybe you could make a video sharing the proper way to keep the grass looking good and best trees, plants & flowers to plant.

Well, thank you for watching, I have done one a video that is talking about Saint Augustine Pro Vista. I’m thinking about doing another one as well. That’s a good idea. Perhaps I should look into that.

Presently, "Jerry 49er" will tell you The Villages are in three counties and to shut your yap because , clearly, you have not been to The Villages and you are not worthy of asking questions. "Jerry 49er" is the Ambassador of this channel. Makes you want to move to Kansas or Russia (to be fair, he's semi-illiterate. He cannot parse out a question. You are now his enemy).

Glorious once again Frank . We looked at a home in dabney but found it’s too noisy there from turnpike. Moultrie creek however is much quieter even with construction noise

Well, I sure hope so with it being quieter because you are a good bit further away from it . But the turnpike noise comes and goes, depending on the direction of wind even here in Bradford we can hear that turnpike sometimes depending on how the sound is traveling lol

Love the courtyard village homes, especially the Charlotte model.....but they really jumped up the prices on these in Moultrie Creek and the Bonds are way up in price! If you ever do another video in Dabney could you check out 493 Lamington Lane and also 501 Lamington Lane...I'm really like both of those homes. Thanks for your videos, I've never been down to TV yet, but hopefully in the next couple of weeks my husband and I will be flying down to check out properties. The homes you are showing are now for sale, at least some of them are on the website.

These homes are all in Moultrie creek. The streets you drove visited are torri terrace, struthers lane, and cadorette drive (which dead ends at the water). The home you described as your “#1 setup” (@ 14:30 ) is an Arlington 3 bed, 2 bath, 1675 Sq ft model @ $393K (plus bond). Matthew villas currently has about 15 homes pending, about 20 listed for sale, plus about 40 not yet listed for sale, ranging in price from $340k to about $500k. Plus Each house has a $36,858 bond. Thanks for all your videos. They are very helpful as I think about visiting the villages.

Move where it is cheaper. The Villages is designed for people who desire an active lifestyle.

The newer homes (2011 and newer) look smaller, less picturesque, and kinda cheezy. You are owners now, so what's your take ? I mean no offense, but I can buy cheezy in Florida for about 1/3 the price and 1/2 the expenses monthly (heated pools - yes!. I don't play whiffle ball or horseshoes - but they are available. I don't need a community room to play gin rummy with friends; not a concert-goer). I won't have to hire a yard guy, a tree guy, an insectiside guy. I wont have to paint my driveway. And I don't golf.

Wow, you have given yourself every reason as to why you want to be a villager then lol, besides the Villages isn’t for everybody and that is why we all have options and there’s something for everybody almost everywhere. You just have to find your place of happiness and enjoy life. At the end of day, isn’t that what it’s all about? Thanks for watching.!

My house in Citrus grove was built in 2021 and cheesy isn’t what I would call it or any homes here for that matter. Clearly you haven’t been here to see for yourself before judging anything. The Villages spans 3 counties and is larger thsn San Francisco and Manhattan. 😂

I just wanted a take FROM THE VIDEOGRAPHER if she liked the off-site windowless poured concrete slab that makes up a side of her home. I didn't judge anything. I asked a question and gave my impression gleaned from videos. Cheezis christ on a cracker! I won't be asking if folks are friendly AND literate in The Villages. I got my answer. OK! Good talk! Bye!
