Ms. Wallin, a question I've had for many years is why when our government completely shut down our economy, why wasn't a moratorium put on mortgage payments. The farmers and ranchers take losses when bad weather or infestation of some sort hits them. But the banks never take a loss for a defined period of time.? If you ever have Mr Rubin on again I would like to hear the answer. Businesses have years of taking a loss but never the banks?
