Some people think these devices are overengineered, but for the right person, they are a godsend. Being able to use my Pro for office tasks, light gaming, and then full-on illustration and sketching is incredible. Surface products do things you can't get out of most other computers.

After watching so many laptop models, I can definitely say this is the best design for artists since the other touchscreen laptops forces you to flip them, putting the keyboard in the table, not just being unsure if the keys will be pressed, but being unable to use it and have a unstable screen support. With this design, both things are fixed.

When the Surface Studio first launched, the "Pure Imagination" music gave me tingles. and this brings those tingles back. Even more this time, actually. Surface family of devices are never boring. That is what I love about Microsoft. Way to go Panos and their Surface Team!

This is the first Microsoft Laptop which is a compelling choice for anyone, a gamer, a office employee or even a students system... This is a great choice with a nice touchscreen, good gaming performance thanks to the RTX 3050 and a nice hinge which goes beyond your imagination...

Love the design. Looks like a winner to me. The only concern I have is heat generation. Probably why the bottom vented part was designed with so many side vents. Future lower heat generating processors should be a help in the evolution of this design. Digital painter and sketcher here. Looking forward to it.

Honestly, the ad is so incredibly well-made.

My initial thought when hearing the de-tach would go away (loved that click sound and being able to walk around with the tablet sans main piece), I was nervous. But it being a low profile or even drafting board, with magnetic pen charging.. so.. excited. Already pre-ordered.

I just got this engineering masterpiece, this is what happened to me, I'm a big Microsoft fan and a software engineer and make KZfaq tutorials. At the beginning I was watching the reviews and everyone was saying that it is good but doesn't deserve the money because the CPU is not that good go for XPS 15 or Mac M1 devices because $3,000 is a lot for such a specs, I ended up getting the Surface because it's Microsoft Surface, this device is basically one of the most powerful computers that you will ever get, amazing performance, battery life, the design and the flexibility increases your productivity in all the aspects especially with the Slim Pen 2 and of course the amazing keyboard, and the trackpad, and I got a XBox controller with it so enjoy gaming as well. I highly recommend it. My comments on this device and things I didn't like about it is the position of the Home - End keys on the keyboard, and the battery life is good but not like what Microsoft has said that it lasts 19 hours actually for me, while working on my projects (heavy-loading) it lasts 5 hours, and when working normally, drawing reading PDFs watching videos it lasts like (10 - 12 hours) but on the other hand it charges quite fast.

A designer’s dream come true. Will definitely buy this. Perfect combination of power, elegance and productivity.👍

Just bought a Surface Book 3 when year started. I'm real happy with it. But I would buy this beautiful Surface Laptop Studio if I needed a computer. Microsoft is building real good computers for gamer/graphist/musician profiles. I'm glad Microsoft is keeping inovation on the Surface brand. :) Hope to see some more Surface phones too, with the same innovation degree.
