i saw the NYC breakers do a show and rap at Magic Mountain back in 1983 I think, there was bid Ted Rocket, Cool Pockets, Ice T was on the Turn Tables just spinning like OMG and that is the beginning of everything I saw the breakers everywhere\

They were sent to Europe and some to Asia to promote the movie. The crew was split up and sent all over the world. These 4 guys, in particular, got sent to Latin America. Most likely cause they knew spanish.
