That tells me that in pass offseasons you didn't notice the massive weakness at offensive line. Anyway, sports should be entertainment. That's all it is. If it's painful to watch, then don't. If your team of choice disappointing you is unbearable, going through it is bad for your health. Mess around and turn into _Bad Lieutenant_ , shooting his police radio after Daryl Strawberry hits groundball into a double-play.

As a Jets fan who never gets too up or too down, I'm not sure Moses has proven himself to be one the the best tackles in the league. He did miss 3 games and still let up 5 sacks. I believe Simpson also led the league in penalties at the guard position. Picking Olu was the best move we made because both our new tackles are 33 and we know Smith's injury history. Bowers would have been a typical Jets pick. There is a lot to be excited about but there is also a lot that hinges on health... every team deals with injuries but the Jets are bringing in key pieces with chronic injury histories.

Alijah Vera Tucker = 2 years and 2 major injuries. Mike Williams = injuries. Tyron Smith hasn't played 17 games in a long time. Morgan Moses = torn pec. We should hope for the best, but expect that none of these players will finish the year healthy if at all. If the backups for those positions play a significant part of the year, the Jets will be 10-7 if Olu Fashanu is what we think he is. The RT can take care of itself. Breece Hall also has some durability concerns, but the 2 running backs are good backup plans.

I agree as well. A healthy Rodgers probably accounts for 3 additional wins. Problem remains with the Jets on the offensive coaching side and their apparent dysfunctional managerial approach to prep and lead players. GREAT INGREDIENTS GIVEN TO TERRIBLE CHEFS

Breece hall durability issues where he went down his rookie season and came back and continued where he left off and led all RBs in receiving yards

Jets can absolutely win the east. OL has to perform and stay healthy. I expect big things, bills have split last 2 seasons and honestly they got worse this season Jets got better.

Sleeper on defense is Mcdonald! Dude is a freak of stamina! And the few times he was out there he was in the play and didn't hem block a field goal too? No I think it was against the Giants he caused a missed kick. I think. Either way dude can play and I can't wait till he gets he shot!

You’ll get 13 regular season games from Tyron Smith so his back will get quality reps which isn’t a bad thing guy still plays at a pro bowl level. The other O-linemen must ready and play together and Williams you cross your fingers. Same can be said for Rodgers no more slick quotes or pushing the blame on other players or coaches. Hackett should’ve been fired end of story if the offense sputters it falls on those two geniuses

@@blaccspade7071 he sounds realistic. This team stinks and the record proves it. Owning the longest drought in the 4 major sports from making the post season proves it. It’s ok to be a fan, but stay in the lane we’re in. The jets season is usually over before thanksgiving. Until they make the postseason and win a playoff game it’s best to stay quiet and hope

I don’t need to be convinced the team is bad. The record and owning the record for missed playoffs proves that. It’s not about misfortune, it’s about management failing to assemble the right team. Don’t be one of those fans who gets aboard the excuse train. The team is poorly owned, managed and coached. A few good players don’t make a team. The NFL is full of great players who have won nothing. Advice to you, is think for yourself. Let the facts dictate your thinking. No need to lash out to anyone calling this team bad and having proved nothing because they’re absolutely right

Its funny to me how the media haters of the Jets act as if the Jets are the only disfunctional team in the AFC East. Buffalo choked away 4 SBs and cant win with a great team these past few years AND Miami HASNT WON A single playoff game since Dan Marino was there in '99! If and I mean IF The Jets stay healthy they EASILY win the East

they won 7 with Zach Wilson at QB, horrid Oline, less weapons, and the 6th hardest schedule last season.... if you dnt believe Rodgers gives them 3-4 more wins with way better Oline,more weapons and the 12th hardest schedule then your being a casual hater 9-8 cut it out

@blaccspade7071 schedule strength is based on last year's teams.... Rodgers was a 12-13 win a year guy with a team he'd played with for 10 years and knew.... this is a competently new team to Rodgers... only got 4 snaps with....I think division win is strong

yea ur a casual as long as Rodgers has his arm, football IQ,and accuracy he will be above average and washed up after dwn season at 26/12 he's been Elite for 15+ seasons and 26/12 is considered elite for the rest of these QBs so Rodgers will be MVP by y'all logic especially with his roster

Rogers is a shell of his former self. He’s 40 years old and will be a year removed from NFL action when the season begins, coming off a major injury. There’s a chance that he won’t be very good this year.

Wit the defense and weapons he has he doesn’t need to be old Aaron to win. Just play solid and don’t turn the ball over (he has the lowest int rate in history)
