We get to be in the PNW rain fest a lot, so we were happy to see the sun in Seattle. We have also reviewed a few of Propella's bikes and enjoyed them.

@@ElectricBikeJournal I pushing 75 & just sold my Specialized Carbon Comp that was modified with Redshift StopShock seatpost & stem + larger Panaracer Gravel tires that made it comfy for both the mean streets of Seattle as well as gravel trails. Looking for an Ebike replacement that is under 45 lbs for mostly tarmac but some gravel too. I've narrowed it down to Propella C9-V2 Pro & Velotric T1 ST. Any thoughts on pros & cons of those two bigs for an aging biker? Thanks!

We hear you. We've heard and read those comments as well. I guess it's one of those things where you find what you're looking for... if you're looking for the frightful stories you'll see them. We personally know a lot of people that have had nothing but a great experience, and our own experience has been great as well. That's only a small fraction of the grand story, but we are here to continue to hope for the best for everyone. If you were holding out to give them a try, these new bikes are definitely a big leap forward for their collection.

That was a concern for me too. I heard that Aventon had higher quality and better customer service. after riding my Aventon for a little over 1 thousand miles some of the electronics broke. It took me weeks to get a replay on my costumer service claim, and they said I was out of luck because they didn’t have the parts in stock. But when I called rad power bike they answered immediately. They pass the vibe check and have definitely changed for the better.
