Hopefully there will be a bypass road from Nuvali directly to SM YOLO. The traffic on Santa Rosa Tagaytay Road is horrendous now.

The problem with SM is their properties are not as classy as the Ayala construction. Mega world and Fil Invest might be better than SM Development Corp.

It seems that these developers are pushing PH realty prices to the roof. These luxury real estate would only cater to expatriates as most Filipinos aren't rich! The government should put an end to these developers unconscientious approach to development as definitely it wouldn't bring anything to local populace but would just push them to areas without the appropriate infrastructures.

It is the job of the gov't to provide similar if not even better living conditions..be it in the city or in provincial areas. The Private Sector is pushing for urban developments.The Gov't should match those moves!! Eradicate Corruption in the gov't heirarchy from top to bottom.

Wala na bang ibang building na pwedeng ialagay sa area dyan poro na lang sm o ayala mall. Dapat mag isip din silang landmark para sa mga turista para sa ganun dumami ang vsiita natin taga obang bansa poro na lang shopping mall. Boring na tingnan

when i was in highschool dumaan kame dyan sa tabi ni santa elena city puro damuhan pa dyan . ibang iba na ngayun. ph is the next big thing talga. ang bilis ng mga development.

Yes! Sabi nga ng filipino retiree from US na kasabay ko sa flight, you see growth sa PH pag nakikita mo yung napakaraming cranes before ka mag landing hehe

outpacing Dubai? Mas ok padin ratio ng price vs ROI from rent ng DUBAI. Bulok Pilipinas mababa leasing amount so mabagal din ROI. Ok dyan kung titirahan mo hindi investment. Kung gusto mo naman i-resell napaka bagal din kasi walang pera mga Pinoy. Sa Dubai ka nalang bumili if for investment.

2:34 - beating the traffic light. Ganyan na ba kayong mga gen z ka irresponsible pag dating sa traffic rules? Kahit yung mga pedestrian na walang kalaban laban ginigitgit nyo sa pedestrian lane. Feeling vip dahil may kotse palpak naman sa basic manners. For short, squammy.
