The big difference I see with Kate and William compered to Charles and Diana, is that William is not jealous of Kate being popular and even lets her take the limelight.

I find it funny that very often in these documentaries the royal experts basically say that William probably wanted Catherine because of her happy family, the Middletons. As if he fell in love with the Middleton family. I believe he fell in love with Catherine and the happy Middleton family was a plus of course. W&C seem to share a lot as individuals: set of values, sense of humor, attitude towards life.

It's just a shame PH & MM quit their royal jobs & ran off to Canada to live. Both brothers have been trained & groomed their entire lives to share the royal job duties & responsibilities of the monarch. Just when PH 93 year old grandmother needs him the most to be there for her he publicly disrespected her & quit his royal job & turned his back on both the RF & his country! Thank goodness PW is the brother next in line to become king! It would have been disastrous if PH had been born first. PW & Dutchess Catherine will make a fabulous king & queen someday. They are both extremely dedicated to their family & children and the their senior royal duties. DC is so intelligent, classy, yet she is so humble & caring of others needs. Honestly, I don't know what HM The Queen would have done without them after PH & MM both deserted the monarchy.
