Like how and why did the sport transition from leather to modern helmets, or who created the NFL logo and why is it a shield, why when you score a touchdown is 6 points, why is a score even called a touchdown in the first place? In this video, we'll break it all down!

slight correction: rugby did not evolve from soccer. it evolved alongside soccer. in fact rugby is older than soccer, as it was first codified 1845, where as soccer was codified in 1863. Even the cambridge rules, which soccer is mostly based off of, was only established in 1848

You are correct, I read the line wrong. Said "which also" and meant to read "and also" . Referring to American Football being influenced by both sports. Missed it in the edit.
