The information of entry of that aircraft was known to both ATC Kolkata and MLU/IAF unit in Kolkata Airport. While the aircraft enter into Kolkata FIR(flight information region) from Varanasi ATC and IAF failed to detect that because that was the only aircraft entering from West side and a huge number of aircraft s were entering from eastern side. The arms was ordered by one missionary situated at purulia...they were instructed to drop the arms where a fire light is blinking..but mistakenly in the night the visibility was so poor that they assume the log fire of villagers is the same light of missionary which was previously instructed....it all worked in the presence of Indian secretive government

The most plausible explanation is that these weapons were for Myanmar as at that time Myanmar was ruled by military and India was supporting the rebels. That’s why those radars were “under maintenance “ and government and RAW arrested those people to stop people from asking questions

Mai bengal se hoon. Jo hathiyaar Purulia mai giraya gaya tha woh sayad maowadi ko badhawa dene keliye tha. Kyunki purulia abhi bhi maowadi prabhabit district hai. Or us time ke baad Maoist bohot jada active ho gaya tha pura Jangal mahal mai, baad mai central forces or WB police ke joint operation se kam huya hai. Or Govt chahata to iss arms drop ko rook sakta tha kyunki Air force station Panagarh uss jagha se jada door nehi tha.
