my sister committed suicide when I was 6 years old in 2006, I'm so sorry. I understand to a certain extent what your going through and will continue to go though. its rough but we are so strong and we want to make them proud. I tell my sisters story so much still to this day over a decade later because she matters so much. I want to show people how this affects loved ones as well. I have ptsd, severe social anxiety, depression, and severe panic disorder. some days are better then others that's for sure. your such a strong young woman. he's watching over you forever and always guiding you in the right direction. love ya girl

Im incredibly sorry for your loss. I can relate a lot with you. I was a teen mom when I was 15. When I was 12 I lost my oldest brother, when I was 22 I lost my mom, and at 32 I lost my father. My mom's anniversary of death was Oct 20, 2003. The pain is so hard to out into words. I'm 39 today and a mom of 8 and actually became a grandmother last year. You and your family are in my prayers

I'm balling my eyes out watching your pain. I'm so sorry. I cannot imagine your pain. My grandfather committed suicide way before I was bore and my Mom carried that guilt for almost 20 years before she got help. She often threatened to commit suicide. At 14, I had to have my Mom arrested so she could be put in a hospital for help. At first she cussed me out, told me she hated me and her doctors were there to tell me it's not her really saying that. Turns out she was bipolar and her dad was most likely bipolar. It is hereditary but it was the 60s and 70s when my grandfather fought his battle and mental health was weakness and not talked about. It took a long time to get my moms medicine straight and with most mental health issues, you take the medicine, you feel better, you stop taking the medication. For the last 25 years my mom has been my best friend. She hasn't talked about suicide in over 25 years. Suicide is a instant pain reliever for that person but a lifetime of pain for everyone else. Things do get better. Life does get better. I love you Taylor and I'm praying for you xoxo

Taylor, I'm so sorry. Nov 30th 2019, my dad's best friend committed suicide. He was more of an uncle to me than my real brother, and at the funeral we sat where the closest family sits. My brother and I were cooking dinner and our dad came running in the apartment, saying that he had crashed a plane in his yard. Both he and my dad loved flying private planes and I was practically raised on the airfield sometimes. I just remember falling to the floor screaming. We went to my grandparents house just to not be alone. an hour later or so, my dad showed me a news article on his phone. The headline said "one dead in plane crash". My life has never been the same. I have nightmares weekly, even after almost a year. I can't sleep with the lights off. I don't ever want to be alone. I'm terrified that someone close to me is hiding something like this, or that something will happen. Every morning when my partner leaves for work, I'm anxious that he'll get in a car crash or something else will happen to him. My dad always says it was a stupid thing to do, and it was. He was so loved, and he is so missed. You are not alone. Ever.
