Thanks for sharing this! Really wish these live events would budget at least a little more time for these D&D sessions; they always end up quite a bit rushed when you account for character introductions and exposition to set the premise for the oneshot. Would be a lot better if it was a three hour session so the players would have more time to roleplay and do a proper tactical combat scenario. Props to Mark and the players for completing the objective in what is essentially a one hour D&D speedrun XD. Tom has also memed a Mario mask into Altheya canon, lol.

I love how happy Aliona looks to be there. This was such a great game! Rowan had the best role playing with coming out of fear and pelting the artifact with his symbolic pebble, ah beautiful! Everything was so perfect!

Such a shame that their time was cut so short... With all the prep work involved for something like this, I would think letting run a full 2hours would not have been a problem. Props to the high Rollers cast and all of their support crew working the cameras, the sound board and the lighting! Those working behind the scenes are the real reason everything goes so well. wow, druing the artifact incident, Mark was really worked up (excited). He couldn't' even sit down. I think that is when DM's tend to be in their best story telling mode.

43:32 idk why the mice cracked me up so much but i was on the floor during this entire conversation XD they sound like a mouse mafia who control the kitchen's black market cheese trade and i love them this one-shot was a lot of fun to watch, thanks so much for the upload! (also did i hear correctly that Jen's fairy is called Phlox? because i wrote that in a youtube comment when they asked for name suggestions on stream so uh, if that's the name she went with that's pretty cool :3)
