Im okay with it 😅Him and Mickey make me go crazy during most reactions. Y'all need to see the bloopers from this show at some point. The old woman playing the piano is something like 85 in this episode, and her deadpan nature and crazy comments caused so many retakes from the cast bursting out laughing.

The "Little Boy" stuff is part of the original original Nightman song that Charlie writes and gets kicked out of Mac and Frank's band (Pecan Sandies/Chemical Toilet). It is interpreted by the gang as Charlie admitting to being molested (by his Uncle Jack). Nightman, sneaky and mean Spider inside my dreams, I think I love you You make me wanna cry You make me wanna die I love you, I love you I love you, I love you I love you, Nightman! Every night you come into my room And pin me down with your strong arms You pin me down and I try to fight you You come inside me, you fill me up And I become the Nightman! Either you get "reactors" that just sits there and watches without a hint of reaction or you get people who constantly talks and misses a lot of what they are supposedly reacting to. It's pretty hard to find the middle ground I guess.

anyone here correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember it correctly the audience had no context for the marriage proposal. so when the waitress denied Charlie, the audience genuinely got upset😂. so they had to cut, explain and reshoot that scene

If we take what we know of Charlie's life from the show, his uncle Jack is the Nightman who slept in Charlie's room, his mom is the troll whom Jack rented Charlie's room from, the waitress is the Princess, and Charlie is the Boy/Dayman. People have performed this musical to propose. And it worked for people who aren't Charlie Kelly.

Weird that they didn't understand what the musical was all about? It was not just a "random" play.... It was charlie's biography. He wanted the waitress to know who he truly was - hoping it would change her mind about him. But basically what happened was.... Charlie was repeatedly raped as a child and the troll (who is probably his uncle Jack), pimped him out to several johns. He finally broke free of that abuse and that's when he became "a man". The dayman won against the nightman (in a figurative sense ) who represents his problematic past and depression.
