Looks like I should have waited to upload that map - now I'm going to have to go back and pop the Nightshade Witch's spookily decrepit tower in there somewhere lol! Another masterpiece :D Love the GMAU (thanks Thomas Levy) setting and videos - can't wait to see more :) (Perhaps you could give us the point of view of one of the marauders that hangs out under the bridge!) BTW: I'm open to map requests and suggestions & am thinking about setting up a channel to feature drawing videos :D

Mindy Larke I always watch and listen to her videos whenever I'm doing a task or anything related to that. It relaxes me, but I'm not sleeping so I never miss any story, but I'm also relaxed at the same time! It. Is. Perfect! Her story-telling skills are incredible. If I wasn't working on a book series currently I would try to write about Erin's incredible Babblebrook Series . . . if I would stop pausing in awe at how good her acting and story was in the first place! I'm also a bit scared I might "taint" her world and do something wrong. As a writer it's not always easy to write a story depending on something that isn't originally yours, so the dependence is a bit harder to get and the interpretation is a bit harder to do as well. Still, she is amazing!

Ah Nightshade... She was the first character of yours that is morally grey, totally different from your other "nice" Babblebrook characters. I loved her so much when I was a teenager, she felt like a friend. Am revisiting this video after so long. Hope you are doing good, Nightshade ♡

The more I watch these videos the more I get the sense that Nightshade must be quite lonely, as much as she gets a kick out of the villagers being afraid of her. She starts off all business in this but seems to really enjoy the chance to have a conversation with you. I'm glad she's got our girl Bridgette as a friend. I hope she gets the opportunity to reconcile with Evangeline someday

Definitely! I was really happy to see her in the All Hallows Eve special, but now we have to continue our plotting together! She has to help disguise us (or her sister does) and she has to tell us how to sneak the curse letter into the castle when we have our audience with the queen.

A little over two years ago, I had just finished reading the Magic Kingdom of Landover series. The dark witch in that series was named Nightshade, so when I stumbled across this video, I thought it might be inspired by the series. Little did I know I'd stumbled into an entirely unique and beautiful world created by an incredibly talented artist, sound designer, makeup artist, costumer, and actress all rolled into one!!! Erin, thank you for your wonderful creations. I always look forward to your Babblebrook series videos! 💙

Hi! This might be a really bad idea, but maybe you could do a role play where you're a wood nymph who takes us back to her tree home after we get lost in the forest trying to find the willow witch's shop so we don't get ambushed by any of the creatures that ambush people at night. You could talk about the different berries and mushrooms you can find in the forest, and how to find the best pillow moss and how different nymphs have different powers...

So I’ve watched this video a million times, and it just occurred to me that a nice addition to the GMAU would be a lady knight! Maybe she’s staying at the Babblebrook Inn, polishing her armour as she tells us about battles she’s seen and people/non-human warriors she’s fought alongside. I just watched the newest Nightshade installment so of course i had to come back and rewatch this one. Its so cool to see how not only her as a character has evolved, but also you in the way that you portray her. Love love love everything about this series from start to finish.
