It’s habitual. Good and bad habits and Friday night is beer night changes when you stop going out 👍🏽🤔

And some people who battle addiction don’t know and can’t know when to stop and that’s okay when they decide for themselves and their mental and physical health to stop drinking entirely. My dad has been sober for over 40 years and he’s never looked back. You don’t need alcohol to have fun. ❤

I've only had one once but on purpose, and I regretted it so much. I swear I actually felt sick afterward. I'm not sure if it helped speed up muscle recovery or if it was just was so painful that I thought it did the next day by comparison. I'll just be sore for two or three days now or go do cryotherapy, which I have had really good results with.

UGH! I've gone out on a Friday night and gotten smashed and STILL barely got up for work Monday morning. I legit probably should have gone for medical treatment. I couldn't eat, get out of bed and couldn't really dehydrate the entire weekend because I was just so sick. I had that happen like 3 times and I just couldn't drink like that anymore. BRUTAL! I rarely drink now because I remember those horrific hangovers and I NEVER want to be there again!
