The most polarizing entry in the series for both the movies and the games is the Amazing Spider-Man 2! Fun fact: the Wii version of Web of Shadows has Spider Carnage as a suit, and actually this is the only version of the game that has unlockable suits.

to hear someone who also really liked the green goblin suit in TASM2 is just amazing thank you😭I LOVE the look of Goblin in that movie, I mean I remember as a kid I was at a custom shirt making lil store inside a mall and literally got TASM2's Green Goblin on a shirt LMAO like I was actually obsessed with the movie. he absolutely is a lot more intimidating and scary, and I liked the portrayal of Harry Osborn as well although, like any and all other ideas they used in that movie, it could've been worked on a bit more.

oh yeah 1000% dude! i get the willem dafoe goblin is more loved by fans & is far more iconic but the TASM 2 goblin i think is incredible! yo that’s hard as hell getting him on a shirt!!! yeah i think w/ some deleted scenes finished, and more work on the script it’d be the best (live action) spidey movie!

That was a really well done video. I honestly can't hate this game because my aunt got it for me and i had so many memories with it. Plus I blame Activision for this game's flop. They barely gave Beenox enough support and time. I still have the PS3 version to this day. I'm also glad I played this one first then tried TASM1 years after it (during the pandemic) because man, it felt waaaaaay superior!

so bit of context with what you said about wanting to know about the development history, this game was made in roughly five months, for some reason instead of starting a year or so before the film came out this game started development in december 2013. this game was also given a low budget, not exactly sure how much though.

the game got announced in January 2014, and with some developer insight i got more info, this game had little to no budget, which explains why this game is 75 percent reused assets from previous Spider-Man titles. looking at the costumes is a dead giveaway.@@MajorPineapple

I see TASM 2 game as the prequel to Marvel’s Spider-Man as Kingpin is rising in power. Just remove all the movie connections and kraven and it works enough

i honestly love this game so much that i defeated this game on my pc 7 times after 1-2 years ofcourse i just love the story line combat i mean EVERYTHING i cant get away with this game its in my most favorite games list and i furiously love the graphics

tbh even though i was harping on the game a smidge it still holds a special place in my heart. it’s crazy thinking this released 9 years ago now so much has changed and when i look back at it on my shelf it reminds me of a simpler time where i didn’t have as much to worry about so much just school & a part time fast food job

I've actually been replaying edge of time My God it holds up really well (story wise). It does get repetitive from time to time but it's still fun to hear the banter between Miguel and Peter.
