This is the Conor that was in a different zone from everyone else. He was winning all fights physically and verbally, sharp as a tack and extremely likeable. 2014-2016 was a special time in the UFC.

@@mojodenmark brought Duane Ludwig into Alpha Male as a striking coach, then snaked out on his team and left to join Duane full time. The really bad thing about it was TJ let practically his whole team defend him and say it wasn’t going down like that, when in fact it was. 🐍

Back when Conor had that Anderson Silva aura to him. He seemed untouchable, so smooth in his striking and your heart would be pounding as soon as he stepped into the octagon. His come up was truly something special and I wish he would have stayed disciplined and in love with the game for longer than he did, but it seems as though the money and fame really corrupted him, but I can't blame him to a certain extent.

It's weird how Uriah's able to talk trash or at least engage verbally with Connor, but for some reason it all looks friendly and it isn't stressing at all or anything; it's just a laugh. With Khabib on the other hand . . . man, that press conference gave some serious anxiety 🤣🤣🤣

He was /is a great fighter but, just like in the past with the first UFCs, a great grappler defeated everyone else. History repeats itself. Masvidal was just defeated like that as well (taken down, worn out).

Man I remember this version of Conor. Just a master in psychological warfare that carried his focus and hunger. I know things have definitely changed since then. Hopefully him coaching this year will spark a light to get back on track.
