okay, so i just realized that this song immediately followed "The Devil, You + Me" on the album of the same name. which immediately links it to "Hey" by the Pixies. bringing a whole new level of meaning. thank you for drawing attention to this.

Amazing live. I mean, I'm hard to impress but I saw them perform Neon Golden in London and they were so versatile.
