Father may each and everyone of us lean in and listening intently to hear your voice today. We are diligently to plug in our GPS so as not to make a wrong turn and waste time getting lost; how much more important is it to “plug in” to Your word, and Your voice? It’s not as much about not wasting time as it is about obedience. Obedience will save us undue pain, and in many cases it will save our lives. Help us to incline our ears to Your voice today.

Elijah praying in a cave wanting to hear the voice of God. A fierce wind howled, an earthquake came and violently shook everything around Elijah the last was a deluge of rain that caused a river to flow down the mountain. Finally when all wen silent Elijah heard clearly the small still voice of God Almighty,. May all us get still long enough to hear that soft whisper of our GOD.

Today I was reading in Galatians 5 in the Passion translation verse 25 We have now chosen to live in the surrendered freedom of yielding to the Holy Spirit. This so fits into today’s Give Him 15 decree that I will wait and listen, so I can follow Holy Spirit’s plan. This is the desire of my heart to be surrendered to Holy Spirit, a big part of that surrendering is not rushing and quieting my life to wait and listen. And Oh How I need God’s help to do this!

Smiling at my first nudge: At age 11 I sat at the back of the chapel on our last day of Vacation Bible School. As we stood singing: Someone nudged me strong enough not to be ignored. I thought it was one of my many brothers & turned to "confont" them. No one stood behind me nor was even close. I returned to singing & got a "STRONGER" nudge. Again, no one was either behind or near me. An altar call was being given as well as a call to the missions field. I got the "hint" & headed down the aisle... My first step towards the nations... Oh the frontiers "WE" have pioneered internationally since I responded to that nudge from the Holy Spirit

@tommoore3586 I often think of Ireland and cry out to God for your nation. Half of my ancestors came from Ireland, so I can't help but feel burdened for the way the government has changed over the years, much like the U.S. Yet, Ireland seemed to hold the line much longer than we did, I had great hopes it wouldn't cave into the demands of the UN & U.S. Yet, God can redeem, We keep our hope in Him, and keep praying. I never cease to be amused at how many times the Holy Spirit says "GO" After the first few times I learned that I need not know the steps along the route, or the items needed to be done enroute, but to simply TRUST & OBEY our Faithful Comforter & Guide. Blizzard, Flood, Tornado, encampment location of the enemy camp, dangerous animals, it matters not... His plans never lead you anywhere unless He goes with you.
