Going by intuition, I imagine that gross elements comprise the periodic table making up the cosmos, the planets and everything in them. Subtle elements are those four forces of nature, which describe into flesh the hidden body of causes. The planets as recepticles, and thus reflectors, receive physical, divine and sublime light from each of these defining sources, and it descending from most pure down to grossest creates a durable and persistent hologram of the entire universe, fractal in its layering, beautiful! Both the universe and the reader in it are but a turmoil of words, figments of the imagination alight for an infinite moment while gazing into them, and gone again with the attention, bar if the attention remains still, or is null.

@@rheadeshmukh-ez1wi You cannot see the pure formless light unless there is purity of heart. Thank God this ultimate purity is protected by divine clauses and not accessible by curiosity or any other hunger. This is not known/said via books but by via 22-years of practice in the remote Himalayas. It was only seen for a minute but that was and is enough. There could be no manifestation, no 'life' or play or Creation without the veil of Maya.

Kriya Yoga leads to this non physical body. The saint known as Kriya Baba (also known as Maha-avtaar baba) is the one who has such a body and still takes the shape when he comes to meet his desciples.

I think Vajrayana practice included worshipping Maa Tara (Mother Tara is one of the 10 Maha-vidyas (higher knowledges) in Sanatan Dharma also known as Hindu Dharma (religion).
