Күн бұрынIn this clip from the episode " The New Car " Oscar is so sick of owning and parking a car in New York City he decides to have the car stolen but Felix wont let him get involved with the underworld and tries to stop him. This series is one of my all time favorites and i hope it will become yours as well. These clips are a tribute to Tony Randall and Jack Klugman so please enjoy and then go out and buy the entire 5 seasons on DVD you wont be able to stop laughing. Its a 70`s sitcom but the comedy is timeless

Best late night line-up was on Channel 11 back in the 80's. Odd Couple at 11:00, Honeymooners at 11:30. Start Trek at 12:00 and Twilight Zone at 1:00.

Underrated? It was THE most popular show during the 70’s - The entire country loved this show and it won TONS of awards. Underrated?

@@ssnoc Yes, it did win numerous Emmy Awards, but according to Tony Randall the show was never a ratings hit on the network and only stayed on because someone at ABC felt it was too good to cancel, it was only when it went into syndication that people discovered it

I’m not sure i would call it underrated and there were a couple of not very good episodes IMO,I also agree it did do better in syndication.

...love this episode. Since me/many friends were teens...whenever one of us did something/anything a little 'off"...said "La Forza Del Destino:..and the "off" person answered 'Die Mach Des Schicksals".

Yes! The movie was OK but the TV series was much better especially from season 2 onwards when they filmed it in front of a live audience

this is one of the greatest shows in television history. jack and tony had such great chemistry. still take the dvds out from time to time. still highly entertained.

The Odd Couple, my second favorite show !! Second to The X Files. Great characters. Oscar, Felix, the poker buddies !! I love this show. I have every episode they made. 1970 -1975.

One of those (there were many) fantastic episodes. They had the scene in the apartment with the fake airplane. Then there was the airport scene. And then the hilarious scene on the airplane. SO much humor in this classic episode.

Watching Oscar tear up Felix's chart reminds me very much of my mom, who was a narcissist mental case (and from whom the state should have taken me away), when she sometimes disrespected my personal property during my years with her. :(

OMG XD, Klugman´s German is a nightmare! Randall is doing fine, except he got it very slightly wrong (not the pronunciation though!). But Klugman... "Du Matsch de Schickse!" XDD Great show, there is no TV like that anymore.

Didnt have internet, cellphones or even cordless phones yet. Even the phones in this segment didn't have push buttons yet. They were still using rotary dials in most places.
