Aw! Howie Philips! It's a nod to HP Lovecraft. His name was Howard Philips Lovecraft, and he wrote the lore on Cthulhu, which is what that figure is based off of! So cool

So you're probably not gonna see this but he's called "Howie Phillips" because he's based off of Cthulhu, a story written by H.P. Lovecraft and Howie and Phillips are made up names for the initials H.P.

I may have to buy the specific figures I want the most from eBay, because I can't afford a bunch of mystery boxes. Ghoulie Jack and Jill are awesome, as well as the 1 that looks like Cthulhu, but Francis is my favorite. I really like when you 2 open a full case. I get to live vicariously through you... LOL

I have a grand total of one kidrobot vinyl, plus a couple others from different companies like Disney Vinylmation, Funko and Toy2R. My mother would strongly prefer I didn't buy any of them though, as I am not in a position to spend money frivolously. I REALLY want these though, and the Tricky Cats and Ferals, so I feel your pain :P
