The secret to losing weight is to learn to tolerate the feeling of hunger because hunger is the feeling of your body losing weight. Also, let go of the habit of wanting to feel full and "stuffed". Eat only enough to satiate your hunger and nothing more. Never fast food. A healthy diet requires carbohydrates and protein along with essential vitamins and minerals. All this focus on "fat" and "carbs" is nothing but a fad. Your body gains weight when you consume more calories than it can burn as energy. It then stores those extra calories as fat. Calories are found in everything you eat. Some have more, some have less. Just eat a balanced meal, only less of it. That's all you got to do. Exercise is important but using it to lose weight just means you're eating too much. If you have extra calories you need to burn off then you consumed too much to begin with.

This is the first episode of The Office I saw and it was on an airplane, what immediately drew me in was how "ordinary" everyone looked, it was a really unique thing so I kept watching and the humor was like nothing I had seen before, when I landed I made sure to search for the rest.

I swear Pat mustn't have lined up on the day they were handing out moral compasses..... actually no, he must have been handed a faulty one because his always seems to be pointing in the wrong direction. If you're knowingly sleeping with or pursuing somebody else's partner, whether you know that person or not, you are absolutely in the wrong. If you don't get why that is Pat, try thinking of it this way - If you were in a committed relationship with a lady and some other guy came along and started pursuing or even sleeping with her, would you be fine with him because "he hasn't done anything wrong," or would you think that he is a scumbag and want to put a straight right on his chin?

They officially started the last great season of the show. The series started going down hill the moment Gabe/Sabre walks through that door in season six... The show is over when Michael leaves. (Although the episodes with Deangelo and Robert California are good). And then Nellie and that two new interns only arrive to crap on what's left of the show...

I would HATE this at a company. I am trying to GAIN weight. People call me "lucky" and it's annoying. Not everyone is trying to lose weight! Even as an adult I'm only barely 102 pounds, I didn't hit triple digits until halfway through 11th grade.

Ya'll should do that challenge Normies! I'm currently in a $400 challenge (via BMI, flawed as it may be) between some family members, so this is perfect timing. I'm not big by any means, but I did put on nearly twenty pounds during my daughters first year of life, something I'm told happens often to dads but is nonetheless hard to stop once it's started. Wish me luck! Oh, and this season is great and I loved ya'lls hatred of Angela.
