From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. Created as an adaptation by Greg Daniels of the British series of the same name, it is a mockumentary that follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of Dunder Mifflin, a fictional paper supply company. The series stars Steve Carell as Michael Scott, John Krasinski as Jim Halpert, Jenna Fischer as Pam Beesley and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute.

@@jetttaylor42069 they have their first big fight because jim wants to stay there and pam is suffering alone then he says he’s doing it for them and I think it’s also where he misses cece’s dance and she doesn’t tape it, it’s very sad and the camera man starts helping her

@@jetttaylor42069 , he was cheating on Pam with himself. The way that he really ended up cheating was guilting her to move to Austin and isolate her from her family in Scranton. So many people fail to see that spousal neglect and other spousal abuse is its own form of adultery.

@@NicoleCzarnecki He didn't guilt her, he in fact wanted to stay in Scranton for her. She made the decision to move. Also, moving away from family is NOT the same as being isolated from them. Many adults live away from family, it's not a big deal. Comparing it with being isolated from family (like victims of abuse often are) is ludicrous. In the end of the show, they looked quite happy, noone sacrificed anything, they achieved the balance, you don't happen to know what it is? Also, why when woman follows her dream it's called "self-employment" but when man does it women like you call them "selfish"? You just threw a bunch of buzzwords here to seem smart. Not saying that Jim didn't have his bad moments, but comparing him to manipulator and abuser is a stretch and you're doing a great disservice to real victims. Gross.

The way he says "send in the subs" sounds more like an announcement to celebrate than what it actually is. When I first saw the scene I actually thought that's what Jim was doing.

This has one of the funniest edits of all. Just the cut of Pam saying "I want Philly Jim" and then crying cracked me up. Also "fired like a heart attack" and then Stanley falling over is 🤌🏻😂😂

5:56 I don't know what it was about this scene, but there was something so satisfying about Dwight lying to Michael and Michael not caring about anything he with saying LOL. It was like he was working so hard on the story and Michael was just like okay bye

Before I did my most recent watchthrough, I always thought the "Dentist appointments that aren't dentists" line was after Dwight's betrayal, and was a specific callback to that

This shows how excellently the show was written. Writers had already made an association to every character long way back.. like Michael - Pam's mom, Stanley - Heart attack, Jim - Philadelphia, Pam - unplanned pregnancy, Oscar - hardwood etc.. and later, they just found a way to explore this trait in further seasons..

If you want to talk about foreshadowing, then talk about the moments that foretold John Krasinski becoming Mister Fantastic. 1. The Office and Fantastic Four both premiered in 2005. 2. In season 5 episode 8 Pam tells Jim to "Reach his arms out." 3. In season 5 episode 9 Jim tells Pam that he needs 4 copies. 4. In season 7 episode 9 Creed asks Jim "How far can you reach those lovely long arms of yours?"

It's a reference to how people put belts and wallets (basically anything leather) into someone's mouth when they're being a seizure, so they don't bite their tongue off. It's totally idiotic. Has nothing to do with a heart attack

When Jim asks "who's the lucky lady?", you can see see John Krasinski on the cusp of breaking charecter by laughing. I feel like his job was to literally be able to watch a comedy show all day every day but just so happened to be on set.
