Today I decided to repent and renew my walk with The Lord and to start living in the Spirit and this was the teaching that The Lord led me to. Thank you Holy Spirit and thank you Andrew. Amen, ive been today teaching my younger children spirit, soul and body. So many distraction came in while I was doing the teaching, but I had to keep pushing through. The reality is this: You don't need to be a Christian to live a moral life...many 'sinners' live very outwardly moral and law abiding lives...but it it only by Christ that we can live in the New Man...New Creation! We are focused too much on behaviour instead of Identity!

You need to do His will and commands bec He is your King/Lord not just your Savior. Your obedience is motivated by your faith which is the hand that receives grace. Grace in turn enables you to obey and produce works. Producing works is the norm in the Christian life.

God gave us the law, because he is holy and we are not. he gave the law, to protect people from evil, by knowing what is expected, but also to show that no one can obey the law 100% of themselves. it was to show the need for Messiah and for people to seek God and his will! Jesus came to fulfil the law and to save souls. God gave us the 10 Commandments to show his standard of what purity is

Your solution is precisely in Romans 6:6-7, KNOWING that your old man WAS CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST, and than your old man IS DEAD, and that you are FREE from sin, and now as written in Romans 6:8-14, RECKONING or COUNTING yourself as DEAD TO SIN and ALIVE TO GOD IN RIGHTEOUSNESS. The key is to meditate those texts (Romans 6:4-14, 12:1-2; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20; Hebrews 10:10,14...) and to PROCLAIM THESE TRUTHS WITH YOUR MOUTH (take the time to focus and to do it in prayer and constantly as you go through your day). Reckon / count / declare / PROCLAIM yourself DEAD TO SIN and ALIVE TO GOD IN CHRIST JESUS. And now OFFER YOUR BODY TO GOD AS A LIVING SACRIFICE, and OFFER YOUR MEMBERS TO HIM as instruments of righteousness. Say: I renounce this sin, I break hits power over me in the Name of Jesus, I wash myself in the Blood of Jesus. I am forgiven, I am redeemed, I am washed, I am justified, I am sanctified by the Name of my Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Satan I renounce you in the name of Jesus. Spirit of lust and sexual immorality, I cast you out of my body and mind and soul in the Name of Jesus. I reject you, I reject your thoughts, I break your bonds over me, I crush you under my feet in the Name of Jesus! By the Blood of Jesus I have overcome you. I walk in righteousness and holiness by the grace of God in Jesus' name. I refuse to return to this sin in JESUS' name. I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Father, fill me with the Spirit of holiness, with the Spirit of fear of the Lord that makes us depart from evil, with the Spirit of power, love, and of a sound mind and self-control. I receive the abundance of grace and of the free gift of righteousness, and I reign in life by Jesus Christ! I love righteousness and I hate iniquity. I love the truth and purity, and I hate sin and impurity. Help me, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Lord Jesus. I receive You as my wisdom, my righteousness, my sanctification, and my redemption. I receive you as my freedom from sin. I confess that you are Lord over my mind and thoughts. I cut the bonds and contacts with the people and materials I have sinned with before and I put the blood of Jesus between us. Draw me into Your word, Father, and grant me to know the truth, that I may walk in your freedom by my knowledge of Your truth. Father, I offer my body to you as a living sacrifice by faith. I offer my members to you as instruments of righteousness. I refuse to offer my body and members to sin as instruments of sin and iniquity. I am crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, it is Christ who lives in me. The life that I live now is the ETERNAL LIFE of God, the LIFE that is above sin and death and Satan and the world, and I live this LIFE by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Now that I am in Christ, I am a new creature: old things have passed away (the sins, the addictions, the bondages); behold, all things are NEW in me! I have a new nature (righteousness), a new heart (pure, holy, good, full of faith and love, with no condemnation, at peace with God and full of the joy of salvation), a new mind (pure, holy, full of light and truth), a new tongue (purified by the fire of God), and new understanding of reality, and I live in the new dimension of the Kingdom of Christ in the light where God has translated me. I love You Lord and I choose to follow You in Your word, in praise, and in prayer everyday. I praise You for Your mercy and grace and freedom and power. In Jesus' name, AMEN. Bless you, beloved! You are free in the mighty Name of Jesus!

I have a question please: what if we have already disobeyed God numerous times during a time when God was trying to get our attention in that moment to cause us to repent in that moment but where we did not repent of it because we gave into the temptation that was trying to prevent us from repenting ? This has happened to me where I forfeited blessings because I did not repent in the moment God was asking me to because I gave into temptation of the devil-- God therefore told me there's no more grace to repent of the specific opportunity and thereafter He placed me in a judgement season of divine judgement but He said the consequences won't end-- is there still a way to repent of the wrongdoing God pointed out to us after we've already missed the blessing and after we've already missed the specific opportunity to repent ? And once a judgement season of punishment ends would God still decide to bless us in other ways again after that or does a judgement season change God's mind ?

Dear Andrew, how about this verse from OT: but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. Isaiah 59:2 KJV Is that verse pertaining only to OT period? Compared to your teaching that after born again, sin is not the issue between us and God. Kindly pleae explain. Thank you. Hadi

Now that we have been made right with God by putting our trust in Him, we have peace with Him. It is because of what our Lord Jesus Christ did for us. Romans 5:1 Christ never sinned but God put our sin on Him. Then we are made right with God because of what Christ has done for us. 2 Corinthians 5:21

@@neethu4402 I know that when we are born again, our spirit is made holy, but our mind and our body may still sin after that. Doesn't that sin in our soul and body block us from God in relation to Isaiah 59:2 ?🙏
