I used to work there in 2014 guest would get spooked on Abe Lincoln room one guy ran down the stairs spooked said idk what’s going on but where’s the Ramada even declined a refund he wanted to leave ASAP Jesse James room is amazing find

Btw kentucky is the bourbon state and its only made here I live in Bardstown and would know plus the bourbon festival is really fun

I ate dinner there once. It was very creepy and had an eerie feeling. Good food though. I live in Kentucky by the way.

I can't believe the Old Talbott Tavern is still pretending that it opened its doors in 1779. It opened in 1797, nearly twenty years later. Someone transposed the numbers so that the place could celebrate its bicentennial in 1979. In 1779, there would have been no customers to frequent the OTT, since there was nothing there but a thicket of woods.
