Today on the channel we are going back to Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel only this time we are checking out the oldest meta in the game that still gets played semi-regularly. The goat format! me and my friend are playing meta decks from 2005 a simpler time.

its funnier when you remember he could have just heavy stormed all of Rhyme's backrow. then rhyme activated all of his backrow leaving only Doto's card set. i had to rewind the video to check cause i completely failed to notice that the card was sleeveless while rhyme's were all sleeved. such an uncommon occurrence that the brain just doesn't check for it i guess lol

Old school Yugioh has its charm. Then again any match with back and forth is great instead of waiting three minutes for your enemy to finish playing their first turn.

You know what I'd like to see? if you and your buddy put all the monster card types or attributes on a spinning wheel and spin it for both of you. Then you both get 30 minutes to build a Deck to beat the other using the type/attribute you spun on. What I like about this is the randomness and the fact that you both know what the other might choose depending on the type they get.
