Alright so I started shaving my dome a few weeks ago. I initially bought the Remington shortcut pro, and used that for a bit but every time I shaved there was stubble everywhere. After watching your “how to shave with a razor” video I went full on smooth shave. Started with the Freebird, then the Brio Raze (which you recommended) and they were ok but you have to push hard to get an even cut and even then it’s subpar and left me like a had used a cheese grater on my scalp. Bought the Omni Shaver a few days ago and wasn’t impressed at first. Today I decided to try it whilst showering and the son of a gun did a phenomenal job. My head is as smooth as a bowling ball and feels aaaaaamazing! I am sold…

That beard is looking good! I tried this razor a few years ago, it did the job but I was basically "meh" about it.

I switched from the HeadBlade to the Omnishaver about 3 years ago and couldn't be happier.

Great product! Been using for 5yrs, never going back to conventional disposable razors. Pro tip: pre-soak shaver in a bowl or cup of hot water, and don’t rinse during shave.

Great video Greg! I also own one of these and was able to get like around 50 shaves. The first time i used it I took awhile but once you get the hang of it it’s really nice. Unfortunately on parts of my head i can’t do against the grain because it would bump the heck out of it. But overall the idea behind it is amazing. If you keep using it I bet by the next video you’ll have it down pat.

I just looked on Amazon on this side of the planet, and the only Omnishaver they have is (I assume) targeted at women (it's bright pink) and it costs $175 so I won't be trying it, but from your commentary Greg, I'm not sure I'd want to. The hair on our heads grows in multiple directions and if you can't move the device around in circles or at odd angles, I can't see how it could give a close shave on a repeated basis. Also, when a product claims to be able to do a ton of things well, I kind of wonder. It's like going to a restaurant which has 70,000,000 menu items. The chef can't possibly know how to cook 70,000,000 different dishes well, which is why the best restaurants only have a small handful of menu options. So I'm not sure how I'd feel about using the same product to both lubricate and moisturize 😬 Those are two very different functions which (IMO) need very different products. So I guess I'll be sticking to my Remington RX5 and my Gillette Proglide, but as always, it's been a pleasure to see you 😂

I've used this quite a bit. I shave in the shower and by the 3rd shave I felt like I could really do it in 90 seconds, minus the time I need to clean up around the ears, there's just no way to get close enough. It gave a really great, close shave I thought. It is absolutely insane how much I wanted to rinse the blade off the first couple times as I was going as you did. I have to say that the blades didn't stay as sharp as I would have liked them to and I got quite a bit of irritation and nicks the last time and I haven't used it since. Maybe the blades I got were a little defective, but when I used the alum block afterward it was stinging all over and that means the blade(s) are dull. Shouldn't be dull after 4 or 5 shaves like that with something "self stroping". But I'd like to give it another chance at some point, I did like it and thought it was a neat and well-designed and manufactured piece, very solid. I liked this much better than the Headblade. Be interested to see how the back shaver works.

Thank you Greg, very interesting. It bugged me to see the way you have to hold it, but you didn't seem to have any discomfort. I still can't get past the no-rinsing needed, but if it works as they claim it should it should save quite a bit of time and water.I'm curious to know how many shaves you can get per cartridge.

I can't use anything out from a safety razor cauz multi blade will bring imidietly razor bumps and other stuffs so its only my skin I think
