Ай бұрынThe One Garden is a beautiful garden, free to go into and situated in Stanmer Park, Brighton. At this time of year it is very pretty with roses in abundance of all colours. As well as the garden, beautiful park and village, there is a quirky place full of all sorts of treasures called Urban Forage. It has always been closed when we have visited before but today it was open so we take you to have a look around.
There is a lovely meadow with open spaces for Ky to run, which he did, and we sat amongst the Oxeye Daisies enjoying the sunshine for a while before heading off for a delicious coffee.
There was also a dog show going on so it was very "peopley" :)

Hi Lynn Richard and Ky oh what a lovely place to visit all the old farm implanments and that lovely old gypsy caravan how lovely that would be to renavate back to all it's glory, you could spend hours there just looking and remembering days gone by. The gardens and walks are great and of course the flower meadow lovely and Ky was really happy there. Loved the music Lynn thankyou for a really lovely video really enjoyed it will watch it again . Hi Fiona, It's lovely there and free to go in to see the wonderful flowers and have a look around, it's amazing. We love going there for the interest to us and then to let Ky have a good run and he loves it too; happy boy 🐕 I so agree with you about the gypsy wagon, I love them and to see them in the countryside being drawn by a horse is a wonderful sight to behold. It's a shame to see it just languishing there. I'm glad you enjoyed it and the music and it's good to know you are keeping well. Enjoy your week too Fiona and we do hope to get over your way sometime; it's been on my mind but the weather can't be relied on right now, which is a shame. Take care xx🥰

Stanmer and One Garden are always good for a stroll. Those wood and colour sculptures in One Garden look new. Nice to see Ky enjoying the meadow!

Oh yes Jean , I love it there, and to think it’s free to go and wander around, amazing 🥰 yes, they’re new and all for sale at reasonable prices, much cheaper than prairie gardens! Ky loves it up there 🐶 Thanks for watching Jean 🥰 Hope your back is much better

Hi Lynn. Not sure what that collection of various junk items were, but if you really wanted something, you would find it there . Loved Ky running in that meadow. That was one happy dog.

Oh I know Lionel, there certainly was a calamity of items in there, but some definitely worth restoring, like the gypsy caravan, as Fiona said. It would look amazing all done up again with a horse to pull it along; how wonderful. Interesting to see, but nothing I would want to buy 😄 Ky loves to run and it was a joy to see him in the meadow. The oxeye daisies this year are stunning. Thank you for watching 🥰
