Great car and I liked the review but did I miss or it or did he not mention once how the R8 V10 Plus has a DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION?? Probably the most important improvement they made and he didn't even talk about it?

The NSX was in Iron Man 2, however the NSX isn't even out yet. The one in Iron Man 2 was a concept car, or just a model. The interior was from an old 90s car, but the exterior was all custom made.

S4 is my pick for luxury and sport performance. Love Audi.

You can get the bigger fuel tank for no extra cost if you want it, so it is not really a negative

triptronic is an automatic, the r8 has a double clutch(end pros and cons)

Once again Justin, enjoying your progression and reviews. Keep at it. I feel like you should be a little more critical and maybe compare the car you are reviewing against some of its direct competitors that you have also driven. I know you made reference to the brakes today against how the SLS did not have the carbon ceramic package, however, that was more of a comparison of the brakes than the cars themselves. Keep at it!

Mulholland Hwy and willow springs raceway (pretty sure),I would know those corners anywhere. Whats weird about that is that I have never been to the US, and just watch to many motorbike youtube vids, and have become so familiar with those locations.

I agree with Blake, the R8 is great and all but its more expensive than a R35 Black Edition, and the R35 is a better all-rounder. I own an R35 Black Edition and it is an amazing car.

Tom Kristensen is definately one of the best and of course, most recent. However Stig Blomqvist and Walter Röhrl are equal legends who both drove for Audi Rallye. Tom is probably the winningest Audi specific driver of all time though. It just seems that "best" s difficult seeing as they were different disciplines and eras. -and yes im a dork

Audi owns 100% of Lamborghini, does all the electronics for her and the engine they use in the R8, which people say it is from a Lamborghini, IT IS...but Audi made it for Lamborghini :)

okay, I love the R8, every R8, but! For this 182.000 dollars, its nearly twice as more expensive than a 2014 Nissan GT-R, which okay not has a V10 engine, but a V6TT which very powerful too, has 4 wheel drive too, has good seats, great interior and plenty of leather too, and I dont see the sense to buy the car for this price... Okay I am a fan of GTR but I say I love R8s, but for this price I think its not as competitive as it could be.. :) BTW thanks motortrend!! :)
