Through your video, we would have more confidence to navigate and use Mailchimp to achieve our marketing goal. After I watch the video, I have some questions Q1 May I know the difference when you are in the Essential, Standard, and Enterprise accounts? Would the contact dashboard look different? Though sadly enough mailchimp have evolved in a way where the video tutorial is actually outdated by now.. :( I can't do it the same way you are suggesting, their menu isn't the same anymore and some of the steps you're going thru aren't doable. You lost me as soon as you got talking about audiences. I'm missing the "preference center" under audiences, so then everything else you talk about doesn't apply. You recommended for beginners to start with the FREE version, which I did, but I'm wondering if with the free version you do not get the preference center.??
